OUR BUILDING PROCESS 
A simple step-by-step process provides Hennessey Homes clients an enjoyable building schedule. It is our goal to complete your home in SIX MONTHS from the time we break ground for your foundation.

Step 1: Discovery Stage  
Together we'll review your home plans, selections and the options you have requested. Then we will apply for all needed permits and schedule the construction crews.

Step 2: Building Your Foundation  
Your new home takes shape when we excavate the lot, pour the walls, waterproof/insulate the foundation and install the proper drain system.

Step 3: Framing Your Home  
Here your home springs to life as we build the exterior and interior walls and work our way up to the final step, window installation.

Step 4: Exterior and Interior Mechanical  
When plumbing, electrical, insulation, HVAC, drywall and siding meet our standards, we'll move into the final stages of your home.

Step 5: Finishing  
Our trim carpenters will go to work recreating the style that you have invisioned. Walls will be painted, doors hung, floor coverings laid, and kitchen cabinetry and hardware installed.

Step 6: Hennessey Homes Quality Checks  
We will inspect every detail of your home from top to bottom. We want to make sure your home exceeds your expectations.  We will then present to you at closing your keys and hard bound folder that contains your warranties, maintenance tips and other valuable information.
